Technical operation and server logs

When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed. This can include IP address, time, requested URL, transferred data volume, browser and device information, referrer, status and error data.

Processing serves secure and stable delivery, fault analysis and the prevention of misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure website operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical providers are used under appropriate instructions where required.

  • No third-party analytics or marketing trackers
  • No embedded YouTube videos
  • System fonts instead of externally loaded Google Fonts
  • TLS-encrypted transmission

Visitor and security log

For a server-side access and security log, the website processes the IP address, time, requested page, referrer, approximate country, region and city, network provider and browser identifier. A small script executed on this website also sends device type, platform, browser language, screen width and height, and pixel ratio to tiger-pharma.com. It sets no cookies and uses no local storage. Technical signals are used to filter likely automated requests. Ordinary requests clearly classified as automated are excluded. Human or ambiguous requests and technically verified search-engine and AI crawlers are grouped in an internal analysis digest no more than once every three hours. The IP address and browser identifier are combined with a secret key to produce an identifier that is not directly readable, allowing related page views to be displayed as a chronological journey. The report contains cautious indications of possible network type, organisation, source and topics of interest. These indications do not identify an individual and may be incorrect.

The internal notification contains technical risk indicators and a manual CleanTalk link for checking the IP. The IP is transmitted to CleanTalk only when that external link is opened; a technical assessment, organisation hint or blacklist match is not proof of identity, fraud or particular behaviour. The log is used to monitor technical website operation, identify abusive access and provide a limited overview of usage paths and new visits. We rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Entries are deleted automatically after seven days.

Website search and internal search notification

When you submit the website search, the entered search term, language, time, results URL and referrer are processed together with the technical connection data generated by the request. This may include the IP address, approximate country, region and city, network provider, and browser and device identifier. Eligible searches are temporarily collected in the existing website database and sent to the recipients responsible for website operations no more than once per hour in a structured internal HTML digest with the subject “tiger.PHARMA - Suche”. No digest is sent when there are no eligible searches.

Human or ambiguously automated searches are included only when the technical country assignment corresponds to an EU Member State. Irrespective of location, only technically verified Google crawlers and known AI crawlers are included. Stored search records are marked as emailed after the digest and deleted no later than seven days afterwards; digest emails may remain in the email system in accordance with operational deletion and retention rules. The purpose is to understand genuine information needs, improve content and identify abusive searches. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Please do not enter names, contact details, health data or other particularly sensitive information in the search field.

Contact by email, telephone or WhatsApp

When you contact us, we process the contact details, message content and any project information you provide in order to handle your enquiry. Depending on the context, this is based on pre-contractual or contractual measures under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

WhatsApp and email are external communication services and their providers' privacy terms also apply. Where possible, do not send health data or other particularly sensitive information through messaging services. This website does not operate a contact form.

Cookies and local storage

At present, this website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Technically necessary storage may be used by the hosting or security infrastructure where required for delivery, security or session functions.

You can manage or delete cookies and local website data in your browser. If optional services are added in future, this policy will be updated and any legally required consent will be obtained before activation.

External links and social media

The website links to LinkedIn, Instagram, X and WhatsApp. A connection to the external provider is established only when you open such a link. Connection and usage data may then be processed under that provider's own privacy policy.

We have no control over processing on linked platforms. External links are identified and open social-media services in a separate context.

Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as it is required for its purpose or while statutory retention and evidence obligations apply. It is then deleted or anonymised unless legitimate grounds require further processing.

Your rights

Where the legal requirements are met, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent with future effect.
