Accessibility statement

tiger.PHARMA aims to make specialist information and services easy to access regardless of device, input method or individual requirements.

Last updated: 14 August 2026

Scope

This service is intended exclusively for business users (B2B). In our assessment, it therefore falls outside the consumer-facing scope of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG). Independently of this assessment, we consider digital accessibility a quality feature of our website.

  • German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) – official text

Measures implemented

The website uses a clear semantic content structure and responsive layouts.

  • Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus states
  • Sufficient contrast and readable type sizes
  • Meaningful heading hierarchy and language attributes
  • Descriptive alternative text for content images and the logo
  • Clear link purposes rather than ambiguous click text
  • Layouts that adapt to small screens and enlarged text

Review and continuous improvement

We regularly review key page types for operability, structure and language consistency in German, English and Czech. New content is checked for alternative text, page titles and semantic headings.

Despite careful implementation, individual barriers may remain. External services linked from this website are outside our control.

Report a barrier

If you encounter a barrier or need information in another accessible format, email 247@tiger-pharma.com or call +49 (0) 9131 – 8119020.

Where possible, include the affected URL, your device or assistive technology and a brief description. We will review the issue and respond with a practical solution.

Our commitment

Strategic clarity, cross-sector relevance and independent advice should also be reflected in our digital presence. Accessibility is therefore not an add-on, but part of a transparent, inclusive and practical service.
